The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, stove and coffee machine. A small gift awaits you to start the day in the best possible way. Once you enter, on the left you will find the parking space reserved for your car or motorcycle, marked with the letter "P", while on the right a convenient flight of stairs will lead you to the first floor, where the apartment is located. At the entrance, next to the armored door, you will find a safe deposit box with the keys for access, so you can easily enter and immediately start enjoying your stay. Other things to note Hosting people not included in the reservation is not allowed; for any changes, contact the host. For arrival needs at different times, we apply the following surcharges for evening/late check-in: ✅ Check-in by 10:00 p.m. → free 🌙 Check-in between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. → €15 surcharge 🌙 Check-in after 12:00 a.m. (midnight) → €30 surcharge The surcharge will be paid directly at the property upon arrival.
