I currently have a full and use the extra space for my bike and yoga mat. - All new appliances. We are the first tenants since they redid the apt. - In-unit washer/ dryer and a dishwasher - Private bathroom with tub. The space - Utilities right now with 3 people run about $60 each. - I'm happy to prorate May's rent and will leave a full size bed with bedding, nightstand, and dresser for you to keep. - Roommates are both men in their mid-late 20s, are relaxed and enjoy Park Slope. - Couples are welcome with a $100 increase in total rent. - The view of the Manhattan skyline from the fire escape is incredible.
