Located on a quiet, neet street of the downtown. On the street you can safely park your car. The flat has a superb location with only 10 minutes walk to the Rynok Square. Everything at your doorstep - the best markets, cafés, excellent transport links, both bus and tram. There is a sense of charm and serenity throughout this neighborhood and it is extremely safe. The apartment is very quiet because there is no sound from neighbourhood and it faces a neat street. From one bedroom you can go to the balcony with a beautiful view. You will appreciate big windows which bring a lot of daylight and high ceilings. The place is warm due to the autonomous heating. Hot/cold water is always available. The apartment is located on the second floor. Front entrance, clean and tidy staircase. The kitchen is spacious and is integrated with an oven and fridge. You also have the full necessary table settings. From the kitchen there is a balcony (view to the courtyard).There is a bathroom with large corner bath. It is also equipped with a wash basin and heated towel hanger. There are iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine. Clean bed linen and towels are always provided to each guest. You can use Wi-Fi and TV. Spacious wardrobe place, where you can put your luggage with maximum comfort. This is surely worthy of being your home away from home. Then I have to get the place nice and clean for you, which takes at least two hours. Please confirm the check-in and check-out time when making your reservation. For early/late check-in/check-out there is an additional charge to be paid in cash upon your arrival.
