Our modern Amagansett home has every modern luxury you could want. Located just 1 mile from Atlantic Beach ocean and a short walk from the stunning, peaceful Neapague Bay (our happy place) , you can be right at the heart of the bustling Amagansett summer living, or locked away from it all amongst nature. There is a heated gunite pool and spa as well as a top floor roof deck for yoga or to while away warm evenings. We are a two minute drive from the LIRR and local shops / supermarkets. The space Set on 1.5 acres on Amagansett Lanes, The property's proximity to both the ocean and the calmer bay side makes it truly unique. It is just a 5 minute walk to the train station, and less than one mile to the charming Main Street and Amagansett Square. But it is also nestled in the woods so there is both tranquility and privacy too. We have the perfect set up for families, with two large open grass areas, 44 inch built in outdoor grill, playground, playroom with toys, movie theater, gym, soccer nets, basketball hoops, golf driving net, surf and paddleboards, beach toys and accessories, and easy to use gas fire pit for S'mores. We also have Sonos and speakers all around for entertaining, and two bars ( one indoor and one outdoor) Guest access Full access to all the highest quality modern living comforts you would expect in the city. The kitchen has 48 inch Wolf oven, both a subzero fridge and wine fridge , as well as top of the line Bosch washer / drier . The temperature and lighting can be controlled by the Control4 app on your smart phone if you so wish. There is a pool and hot tub in the rear garden and a pool house. There are three decks including the top deck which has a sound system and bar, and views of the Atlantic ocean. Downstairs is a gym and movie theater. If required there is the option to lease our four door Jeep Wrangler with permits for East Hampton beaches and off roading for a small fee. Other things to note We have 5 adult bikes, and three kids bikes available. Paddleboards, surfboards, beach chairs too. You can control the lights, HVAC, alarm and pool temperature from your smart phone. * If guest consumes over $50 (per day) of propane usage, the cost will be borne by the tenant * we have an electric Moke for rent too which has all the local beach permits on it.
