There are plenty of places to ask for tourist advice around town with many attractions close by including the famous Pinnacles (30 minutes), Stockyard Gully Caves (40 minutes) and Sandy Cape (20 minutes). Enjoy a relaxing stay at our recently renovated holiday cottage - 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with open plan living area. Fully furnished for your convenience (bedding can be made available on request). LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED BUT CAN BE AT A FEE $15 for queen and $10 for single bed. Please advise if linen is required and will advise the total fee. Centrally located on a quiet street but a short stroll to all amenities you need as well as the beach and parks. Large rear secure yard fully enclosed so bring your family pets along (outside only please). Built in BBQ with a wash down area for your fishing catch! Plenty of parking for cars and additional space for a boat Separate Freezer for use along with full size fridge in the fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine also provided for use during your stay. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the serenity our home offers. Children under 12 can stay for free. **No schoolies bookings. Unfortunately we do not allow bookings of groups of under 25 years old.** NOTE An additional cleaning fee will be added if the premises are left untidy( dishes not washed and put away,bench tops not cleaned and if pets are let inside the house)
