Pool side there is gunite heated pool , dining for 12 people, 6 teak chaise , sofas w fireplace, Mudrm pool towel, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas , sand toys. Lowerwalk out to pool level have two twin beds, Large 70 in tv rm x large white sectional, Mini gym ( tread mill ,yoga mat, free weight , elliptical), Billiard, air hockey, fuzz ball, kids play area toys from infant to 12yrs play area. New weber BBQ.Property is over an acre.Zip line & swing . Lower level does have an additional separate entry . Guest access There is 6 lounger for the pool , beach towel , umbrellas , Pool towel, beach chairs . In kitchen, waffle maker, panini press, blender, juicer,Nepresso vertu(large circle pods) , normal coffee drip machine, European espresso pot, coffee press ,Weber BBQ,Fresh direct deliveries to house . South is close to woellfer vineyard .Very close to Hampton classic, Polo fields . Other things to note Please contact me for long term or off season, If you exceed normal bills you will be responsible One week or less rentals . If you have excess garage per week they charge 150 you will be responsible for that . If thing don't fit in 1 large container ( equal to 3 garage cans) labeled sunrise sanitation they charge , you will be responsible , Please be respectful of bills . a/c is crazy if you have it on downstair when you have all French doors doors open ,it can also damage the units . If Bill for Pseg are above 200.00 as well as pool heater and are not conscience you will get charged. Particularly with the pool . It can run very expensive. This is for weekend or week long tenancy rental only . Pool heating can run $140.00 a day . Therefore please be sure to turn it off as you will be responsible for excess use.For stays 10 days longer you will be solely responsible for Variable Bills , Pool heater -Propane ( will be filled day before you arrive . PSEG will also be for long term tenants sole expense .Meter is read day of arrival and day of departure .You must put back all pool chaise where you found they if moved and put the covers on all the chairs and sofas on departure . All garage must be put outside . No bag, box, wine or beer case are to be left inside the house . Chef , daily housekeeping, Driver, yoga teacher in home all can be arranged available at an additional expensive .
