First Road Cottage

Guest cottage nestled among shade trees and serenity. One large studio room with kitchenette and private bath. Ample size with comfy queen bed, sleeper sofa and room for another mattress on the floor or in the large closet. Quiet and secluded lot with deer and turkey frequently seen among the shade trees. Secluded away from town, with easy access to Granbury, Ft. Worth or Aledo/Weatherford. The space Unplug from distractions. We are down a 1/4 mile gravel driveway. WiFi, TV with Roku, options of using your own Disney Plus and Netflix, but no cable. Guest access The guesthouse is approximately 50 feet from the main house. Please park in the gravel near the "Parking" sign. Other things to note We do not allow pets, but have outdoor cats that roam the property and are very chill. Also, we have a chicken coop and sometimes the chickens are free range in the yard. They are scared of people!
