Enjoy a relaxing stay poolside at our private Spanish bungalow in a quite neighborhood near to it all. Our 2 bedroom home is within easy reach of our lovely village, great restaurants, attractions and blue flag beaches. A classic style Spanish casa a large BBQ next to the private pool and a well stocked kitchen off the bright open living area it is bright and airy. All windows look onto the lush palm filled gardens and the bedrooms and living room are all equipped with air co/heating. The space Casa Futuro is minutes from everything yet being located in a quiet community just outside Alfaz village you sometimes think you're miles away from everything. Our garden is filled with mature palms, tall cypress and many other beautiful plants. It's a wonderful place to get away to and relax. The pool is right off the living area and the open plan inside makes the house feel light and spacious. It's a great place to relax and hang out. Built as one of the first houses in the area in the late 60s and renovated again in the 80's Casa Futuro has maintained it's classic Spanish charm while still having modern amenities. This is the home I grew up in and have choosen to share with others while living abroad. The street and the homes on it were the first to be built in the area and most of the neighbours have been there for decades. We are the second family to own Casa El Futuro, and durning the 30+ years we have planted some of the 7 palms and flowering plants while the others have been there even longer. Tall cypress surrounding the pool area give the house a wonderful sense of privacy but does not keep the sun from always providing a sunny place to relax. You will have full and exclusive use of the entire property which includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (sleeps 4 total) both with their own en-suite bathrooms. Main bedroom has a television, second bedroom has classic Spanish black-out shutters. One en-suite bathrooms is equipped with bath/shower combo and the other with stand alone shower. Main bedroom and en-suite are open to eachother. There is also a poolside toilet so you don't have to run in the house all wet and a washing machine should you need it. The homes Wifi reaches all areas of the house and garden. The spacious air-conditioned living room offers Television with USB Stereo w/ Bluetooth, USB, CD Wii-U Separate dining areas inside and outside offer 3 places to dine. The fully equipped open kitchen includes purified water tap, induction cooker, electric oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto machine, moka, toaster, hand mixer and enough plates, cutlery and glassware to easily have 2 meals before needing to run the dishwasher. There is a large Gas BBQ off the 4x8 meter pool and multiple outdoor areas to sit, lounge and relax as well as mature gardens to enjoy. On property gated parking is available free to guests as is the washing machine and privacy to enjoy your holiday. Other things to note Please note thaat we are not an investment/income property renter but a traditional AirBnb from family that shares their own home when not there. If you are looking for something brand new this home is probably not for you however if you are looking for an authentic and established well equiped home with a private pool and garden thats in a quiet area yet close to all local attractions a this might be what you are looking for. House is all on one level but there are a few stairs to the main door and to some of the garden grounds. Master bathroom has visual privacy but with direct access to the master bedroom.
