Modern cosy room / personal bathroom

This room offers the comfort of an apartment, as it was a one-room apartment in the 1960s. After a loving renovation, you enter via the front door/stairwell on the ground floor. It features a spacious shower room. The room is equipped with a double bed (160x200), a 50-inch Full HD TV (including Prime) and a 3D Blu-ray player, as well as a small refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishes, including coffee and various teas. Free parking is available directly in front of our building. The space The room is like a small separate apartment, which it once was in the 1950s! It can therefore be reached from the stairwell through a separate entrance door. It is in a quiet location. The living/sleeping room has a double bed 160x200cm. We are happy to offer a mattress or cot for accompanying children. The room is 12 square meters. The bathroom is directly connected to the room through a door. WiFi is available, as is a 55 inch FullHD SmartTV (including Amazon Prime) and a small refrigerator. Coffee machine and kettle, toaster including kitchen accessories (as well as coffee and tea) are available. So you can have your breakfast and dinner here or have breakfast at the nearby bakery. Guest access Guests first enter the stairwell via our front door and from there directly to their room on the ground floor. In the 1950s it was a one-room apartment, so it has its own front door. It's right next to the front door. The room is lockable. Other things to note The house is close to the center, there is a busy road to the side, but the room is very quiet and you can quickly get to nature and the lake (1.7 km) in just 15-20 minutes on foot. A bicycle with a basket is available to our guests for smaller tours/shopping.
