Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with the secondary bathroom accessing the hallway as well. We have a full-size washer and dryer, a kitchen stocked with the necessities, smart TVs in every room, a steam shower, private parking, front and back patio for your personal use, BBQ, propane fire table..... and the list goes on! You'll find this impeccably appointed detached guest house on an acre+ lot nestled in the mountains bordering Usury Park and 3 million acres of Tonto National Forest. No better way to experience Arizona than to be adjacent to the National Forest in an exclusive custom home community! Saguaros, succulents, mesquite trees, and more will truly provide you the full desert experience! No street lights or through traffic to distract you from wrapping yourself in the night's sky under the stars to experience the universe. Immersed in nature, you'll be serenaded by coyotes and local birds. Sometimes quail will follow you around! Maybe you'll get lucky and spot a javelina or bobcat - we've had one relaxing in our driveway! Enjoy the beauty of Saguaro cacti and views of Superstition Mountain in the distance. Get on a bike and take a short ride to the sprawling national forest trails or jump in a car and be at the salt river in less than 15 min, Saguaro lake in 20 min, or in just a few minutes drive you'll be at the 202 and US60 freeways to get anywhere in the valley quickly. Although intimate gatherings with the guests included on the reservation are OK, this is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate loud noises, disturbances to our neighbors, or damage to our home.
