Unique house in the coolest spot in Buenos Aires. This is a unique space, it has a country house vibe with a modern day and city style. Very modern four-bedroom house/apartment, with a huge garden with trees, plants and birds. It is located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, an area full of restaurants, coffee-shops, pubs and designer shops. Carranza is a quiet street, full of trees. The house is in the center of the block, away from the noise of the street, it is an oasis in the middle of the city. Every room is air conditioned. The first floor offers a bright living-odinning room area with two comfortable sofas, a dinning table for eight people, a well equipped kitchen, one half-bath, and one Bedroom (two twin beds or one queen) or TV room. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: the main bedroom with two queen-sized beds and an in suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms with one queen-sized bed each. There is a spacious bathroom for shared use by the other two bedrooms. The fourth bathroom with shower is in the garden next to the BBQ area. The house is equipped with Internet, WiFi and cable access, HD TV, One 55¨ TV in the TV room/office, and one 40¨ TV in the master bedroom, air conditioning, fridge with a freezer, microwave, Dishwasher, linens and towels. There’s also a laundry room with a washing and dryer machine. In the outdoor BBQ area there’s another table with 8 chairs, to grill and serve the best ARGENTINEAN ASADO (BBQ). Also has a bathroom next to the BBQ. If you stay more than a week the rate includes a housekeeping service once weekly.
