The space Located within the historic old town, quiet and pleasant area close to restaurants and bars, pharmacist, café, and all amenities. The accommodation is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR, the effort is worth the comfort! It consists of a living room-kitchen overlooking the ramparts and greenery. A bedroom overlooking the Notre-Dame Basilica with plenty of storage and a shower room-WC. HIGH-SPEED WIFI (FIBER OPTIC) The property is furnished in a Scandinavian and cozy style. It was refurbished in 2020 with the desire to create a warm atmosphere. the living room has two large panoramic windows with views of the ramparts. This is its charming asset. THE ACCOMMODATION IS NON-SMOKING TO RESPECT EVERYONE. HOWEVER, VAPING IS TOLERATED. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING. The fully equipped kitchen, opens to the living room, is composed of: - combination oven - refrigerator - large hotplates - extractor hood - dishwasher - coffee maker - espresso machine (SENCEO) - kettle - toaster Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, pasta, rice, semolina, dishwashing liquid, hand soap are available. You will have access to the Bbox Must from Bouygues Telecom wifi and high-speed fiber with a 108 cm Samsung full HD screen. You can also find board games and books in the living room furniture to keep you entertained. For sleeping, the living room has an Ikea sofa bed that we think is comfortable, the living room has no shutters or curtains. The bedroom is equipped with a large brand comfort bed. Plenty of storage as well as a small dressing room complete the space. BED LINEN IS PROVIDED. If you have a toddler, we provide you with: A TRAVEL COT (please bring your own sheets), A HIGH CHAIR A BABY BATHTUB. A shower room with sink and a pleasant shower for a relaxing time.
