Cosy, private 'Gite' on a farm, in a quiet little hamlet. The hamlet Lavaud is just five minutes from Chateauneuf-la-Foret; A small village with a lake where you can relax and swim, super markets, a post office, a bank and a couple of restaurants. The Gite (appartment) has a lot of comfort and is recently renovated. The ground floor has a kitchen with all equipment, a bar and small living and dining room. The first floor has a bathroom and two bedrooms. Outside there's a private terrace. The space Our farm is situated in one of the beautiful green valleys of the Limousin. A lovely place to be! The farm is a typical french 'Longere' farm, and is surrounded by animals, green fields, a forest, and beautiful nature. A great environment to relax and celebrate your holiday. Guest access Guests have full excess to the appartment. They have their own front- and back door and private terrace. The terrain on the front side of the appartment is also accesible for guests (shared space)
