Exclusive Tuscan Villa with Private Pool

Welcome to Podere Carraia, an authentic Tuscan farmhouse reserved exclusively for you. During your stay, you will have the entire property for your exclusive use, with no other guests: the villa, private pool, garden, and large outdoor spaces will be for your group only. Our vineyard, olive groves, and private forest surround the house, where you can immerse yourself in the quiet of the countryside and enjoy beautiful views of the Valdarno and Pratomagno. An ideal place to relax together. The space The farmhouse can comfortably accommodate families and groups of friends and consists of three adjacent apartments, which are always rented together. This layout offers the perfect balance between moments of conviviality and the right amount of privacy. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one double, one double with a single bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. There are also two bathrooms and a large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Also on the ground floor, in a separate area, there is a large room with a dining and living area, as well as a third bathroom. On the upper floor there are two independent apartments, each with a double bedroom, a private bathroom, a living area with an additional single bed, and its own kitchen with a dining area. Overall, the house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, as well as three equipped kitchens and several indoor spaces for spending time together. Outside, you will find a private swimming pool, a large garden, and several areas where you can relax or dine outdoors surrounded by nature. To make your stay even more special, an additional and optional private dining experience is available: we can prepare dinners or lunches with typical homemade Tuscan dishes, using local ingredients and products from our property. You can dine outdoors in front of the cottage or in the cozy dining room. You will also find our farm shop at your disposal, which is always open and accessible independently, where you can buy the Podere's wine, our extra virgin olive oil, and other artisanal specialties produced on our farm. Guest access The property is completely fenced and is accessed via a private entrance. Upon your arrival, I will personally welcome you and give you the keys. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the villa, the pool, and all the outdoor spaces. I will be present during the day to take care of the estate, which I manage as a job, ensuring your total privacy and tranquility. If you wish, I will be happy to recommend experiences and places to visit or to organize, together with our chef, an authentic Tuscan dinner for you. During your stay at the Podere, you can choose to take advantage of our private catering service, reserved exclusively for you and not open to outsiders. Other things to note The swimming pool is open and always available for guests from March to October, inclusive. Bed linen and towels are included in the living room. For our younger guests, we provide a crib, high chair, bed linen, and towels free of charge. We kindly ask you to let us know before arrival so that we can prepare everything in the best possible way. When you arrive, you will find an initial supply of essential products and everything you need to start your stay in complete comfort. Throughout your stay, you will have a laundry room, always accessible, with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
