The famous Fernleigh Track and Fernleigh Tunnel are directly accessible through a 5min bushwalking from my place. Visit the untouched Dudley beach, or Australia's recently voted best beach Merewether Beach, which is a short 9 minutes drive on the other side of the National Park, as is Newcastle CBD.
