Great location! This 2 BR/2 BA condo is centrally located on South Padre Island, It is a 5-minute walk to the beach entrance and a short distance to the best restaurants, bars, and activities SPI has to offer. My condo has 2 full bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, each one has a TV and closet. Main bedroom has 2 queen beds sleeps 4 guests. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and 1 trundle bed sleeps 3 guest. Living room has a sofa bed and another sofa, sleeps 3 additional guests. Dining area for 6 and there is 4 bar stools in the kitchen breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen. If you use the gas grill please leave a tip of 10 dlls for cleaning lady at the kitchen counter, because it's a hard job to clean it. There is free parking in assigned parking spot #5. There is enough room for 2 regular-sized or 3 small-sized vehicles, one behind the other. In front porch there is a gas grill, we try to have gas in tank but in case the previous guests have emptied it you can easily fill it for less than 10 dlls at the nearest gas station. And If you use the gas grill please leave a tip of 10 dlls for cleaning lady at the kitchen counter, because it's a hard job to clean it. Folding chairs for the beach provided. Backyard has 2 showers for you return from the beach and small shared pool. I will always be available through the airbnb message center for any problem or question and will try to answer you immediately. In one of the photos published on this page you will see the exact location, my condo is in the center of the Island, the closest beach access is only half a block away and there is another access to the beach 2 blocks away with bathrooms, showers and public parking. Also two blocks away is the Blue Marlin convenience store where you find everything you need. The condo is also close to Gravity Park, Louie's Backyard, restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is generally very quiet for most of the year. Just please keep in mind that if you want to stay during the month of March I cannot guarantee tranquility, maybe there is a lot of noise throughout the night, scandal or parties around or maybe there is some uncomfortable situation for the children, since it is Spring Breakers season and they occupy almost all the accommodations this month, thank you for understanding that this situation is out of my control. Uber Please bring your own bath/ beach towels and your personal hygiene items (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, etc.) because are NOT provided. Only one toilet paper is provided in each bathroom and one garbage bag in each trash can, if you need more you will can buy it on Campeche and Padre Blvd corner there is a 1 dollar store (inside Blue Sky Store) or two blocks away is the Blue Marlin convenience store where you can get some things you need. If you book in March is Spring Breakers season, I can't guarantee tranquility during the nights, that is out of my control since generally that whole month is occupied by happy young people and partiers, please keep this in mind if you want to stay in this month with family. The rest of the year is a very quiet place!
