The House is located at the gates of the Geo Parco del Beigua, in the ZPS area,or protection areas located along the avifauna migration routes, aimed at the maintenance and arrangement of suitable habitats for the conservation and management of migratory wild bird populations. An ideal place to relax and explore the Ligurian territory: from the Apennines to the sea. Cà Negrè is located in a strategic point from which it is possible, with ease, to climb towards the Ligurian mountains or go down to the sea that is 5 km away as well as reach the center of Genoa about 20 km away. The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room equipped with wood-burning stoves and characterized by a raw rocketstove in clay that acts as a heated bench around a large dining table. In the room adjacent to the dining room is the kitchen with gas hob, refrigerator, sink and an oven on the ground where you can cook pizzas, focaccia and bread. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a passage room with two single beds from which you access the bathroom with shower. The surrounding land is characterized by fruit trees and vegetable gardens in synergistic natural agriculture, and the outdoor area overlooking the house is equipped with a barbecue, hammocks, and a table. It is in the landscape in which the beauty of this place is immersed, which can be tasted by hiking along the trails of the Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, explored by mountain biking, observed by birdwatching or simply lived by immersing yourself in the cool "le bollelle" ponds just a few minutes walk from the house.
