Our brand new family studio is on the second floor of our 30 years old house. There are 3 studios, and a common balcony and washing area. The balcony will be wet at night time 12:30 am to 6am due to automatic watering of the vegetations. This is a university student area where you will find a lot of street foods popular to students coming from every part of Cambodia. We are located near the City Bus Line where you can go to Aeon Mall Phnom Penh, Koh Pich or ride our bikes around the city. The space A bright and ventilated family studio suitable for 3 people. It is 32 sqm or 345 sqft, and has mosquito net equipped window. The room has: - a King size bed - a large sofa bed (110cm X 190cm) - air conditioner - working station - well equipped kitchen - 40 inch Smart TV - smart door lock - free WiFi and ethernet Guest access Common balcony and laundry area where guest can interact with other guests and use the washing machine.
