From the hallway or the dining area, this leads to a fully equipped L shaped kitchen with access to the downstairs toilet. The kitchen then leads down to a 2nd living area with bar and 50inch HD TV and Bluetooth sound system. Bi-fold doors open to the patio area, west-facing garden with outdoor table and chairs, along with BBQ, chimenea and a fabulous 6 seater hydrotherapy hot tub spa. Along with beautiful the garden lighting we are sure you will be extremely comfortable! The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath tub.
