Fantastic family summer cottage in Vejby

Dear Guests, We bought the cottage in 2007. We wanted our own place when visiting from China during the summers. With two little kids, coming from far away with different levels of jet lags, it was so nice to have our own little hide-away. The cottage is surrounded by a wooden terrace; it has 3 bedrooms, a summer annex and a very nice garden. The space In week 29 the summerhouse is only rented out to families with smaller children and not for guests attending the music festival in Tisvildeleje. If guests are living in the summerhouse and attending the festival or the house is used for parties the rent contract will be terminated with no financial compensation and we have the right to come and check that the house is only used by the family. This rule is to avoid our family summerhouse is changed into a party house. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Outside peak season which is from June to mid September, it is possible rent the cottage for less than 6 days after prior approval. PLEASE NOTICE!! Electricity and water is to help the environment not included in the rental amount after the first 10kWh/ day. Electricity is charged with 3,5kr per kwh. Usage in the winter time is 100-140 per day. Water after 1m3 per week is charged with 70kr per started m3, which is normally not reached with a normal consumption. If the house should be pre-heated before arrival it cost 100-200kr., depending on the season. For stays less than a week sheets for the beds are included, but duvet and pillow covers are charge 100kr per person. For stay of 7 days or more it is all included. Towels etc. for bathroom and kitchen are included. The access to the beach requires a key which is attached together with the house key
