In the countryside, between Gironde and Dordogne, it has its private and fenced garden, nestled on a wooded park, surrounded by vines, woods and meadows. Its vast 50 m2 patio decorated with plant garlands is a living space for rest and meals. At the edge of the oak forest, the pool awaits you for relaxation and idleness. (€1,000 security deposit) The space Inside this 18th century stone house, a large room is composed of an equipped kitchen (induction stove – fridge – washing machine – dishwasher – oven/microwave), a living room (flat screen – hi-fi – DVD player) and a dining room. The contemporary kitchen with its gray lacquer furniture and illuminated display cases has sufficient dishes and small appliances such as: toaster – coffee maker – kettle – raclette set – steamer – blender – food processor. The living/dining room is furnished with a sofa and comfortable leather poufs. The stone fireplace has been preserved. The bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower, a pedestal sink, an illuminated mirror, and a heated towel rail. The toilets are independent. Upstairs, in the mezzanine, is the bedroom. The HUSLER brand bed is very high-end, measuring 160 x 200. The cherry dresser blends with glass lamps and tables. The old central beam takes on all its splendor here. This cocoon invites you to read and enjoy sweet nights. Out of love and respect for the place, we have focused on comfort, quality and decoration. Outside, large stone barbecue, wooden and iron garden furniture with umbrella on the pebble terrace in front of the house, wooden garden furniture under the patio (50 m2), Chileans. Heated infinity pool (15x4), depth 1.60 m, with integrated mini-pool, surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor shower. The pool is private to our guests. A pool regulation is to be signed upon arrival (attire, access conditions, safety...). The wooded park is accessible to our tenants. Parking is shared. The property is fully fenced.
