Offering a clean, safe, friendly, relaxing and private stay at a reasonable price. Our house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 very separate living areas. Relax in peace and quiet. Special consideration for students on placements or short fixed-term rental option! Pls ask. We have 3 separate rooms listed. Please read my reviews. Discounts are available for longer stays than one night! :) **please read "other notes" below** The space You will have access to private guest bathroom. Feel free to use guest only kitchen to prepare your meals. Exclusive use of guest fridge available. Free breakfast is included! Enjoy a variety of cereals, toast with a choice of many spreads. :-) Occasionally, I may have other guests staying. If this is a concern, please check if you will be the only guest during your stay. A frequent comment is that it feels like a home away from home. Guest access Free wifi. Come and go as you please. Feel free to use the guest kitchen for all your meal prep. During your stay My house is quite big on 2 separate levels, so plenty of privacy. I am very friendly and approachable. However, I like to leave guests in peace, unless you want a chat or need assistance, where I am only too happy to help. :) Other things to note I am offering an affordable, safe, clean and pleasant place to stay, for happy, respectful and polite people. For our security, we do have a security camera, external front of house. Definitely nothing inside! :) As I sometimes have my daughter staying with me, I am limited sometimes who I can host. :) Please understand you are requesting a booking. I do not automatically accept all requests, so please provide as much information with your request as possible. Airbnb will take your payment upon request, which may not be refunded back to your account for 3 days.
