“The Hayloft" is our recently renovated studio here at "Woodpeckers", attached to our family home, but completely separate with own entrance, kitchen & bathroom. At the end of a long private drive with off-street parking & next to woods, the only noise you'll hear is the birds in the morning! Listing is for 3 people but we only accept 2 adults maximum plus 1 (or 2) young children. The space Immaculately renovated space, with a fully fitted kitchen with hobs, oven and microwave plus all the pots, pans, crokery, cutlery, etc that you'll need. We also provde tea and coffee and fresh milk if needed. Newly fitted bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Gas central heating and electrics are both independent from the main house supply. There is a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and a double sofa bed. Please contact us in advance to check the space will be sufficient for your needs. 2 adults and 1 (potentially 2) small children works fine. We also have a full size travel cot for use. We don’t take bookings for more than 2 adults, sorry it’s just a bit too snug! We have a 7kw EV charger. Please contact us before your arrival for use and cost. There is wifi available plus direct CAT6 ethernet plug in point with Mac, USB and USB-C connections present for those needing to work with a higher speed connection. There’s a 50” JVC smart TV (note some of the old photos show the 32” tele) with 200+ channels along with iPlayer, Netflix, etc installed for use with guests’ own accounts or an HDMI cable (supplied) allowing laptops (and tablets, etc with your own adapters) to be connected. In addition, and separate from the TV, there’s a DAB radio. Guest access Full and exclusive access to the entire space. Other things to note BEDDING We use feather duvets and feather pillows on top with firmer synthetic pillows underneath when making the beds. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies to feathers/ down and we can make sure everything is synthetic. In addition we provide extra blankets in case needed although the duvet weights will always be suitable for the season plus the central heating can be adjusted to whatever temperature you prefer.
