Modern spacious house near Brussels

The space The house is located in the residential area of Diegem near all blue-chip companies and consulting firms. You can easily reach the center of Brussels (North station - Rogier) by train in 10 min or by car in 20 min. The same train keeps going towards Brussels Central and Brussels South Midi. Basically, it's possible to stop at one station, have a good walk in the center and take the train to another station to come back to the house. These 3 major Brussels train stations are connected with many buses, metro and trams facilitating access to all area of Brussels by public transportation. The house is divided into 3 floors. On the ground floor, there is a laundry room (washing machine and dryer) with direct to the back yard, its terrace and nice green grass. On the first floor, there is a spacious living/dining room (55m2) with a fully equipped American kitchen (AEG brand stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster ...). The living room has a large Plasma screen and DVD player. TV programs with international channels and fast wireless ADSL Internet are provided for your comfort. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath) + 2 other rooms and a shared bathroom (nice glass rain shower). Two rooms are furnished with a double bed, the third room serving as an office with a desk has a sofa bed. A whole family can easily be accommodated. On foot, there are a few restaurants and bars and shops. By car, you can easily access to the ring of Brussels (5 min), NATO (5 min), the international airport at Zaventem (5-10 min, so you may expect to hear some aircrafts from time to time), the Woluwe shopping center (10 min), the center of Brussels (20 min) and the exhibition centers at Laeken Heizel (20 min) as well as the famous 'Atomium'. Highly spacious and comfortable house, the location is ideal for families and friends who want to discover Brussels and its neighborhood. It is also an excellent alternative to hotels for business travelers. Centrally located and due to proximity with the ring, all regions of Belgium can be reached easily. Earlier check-in time is possible but this would need to be confirmed.
