Lovely house at 50m from the beach

« La Périsse » is a lovely house typical of Etretat newly refurbished with style, fully equipped and perfectly located in the heart of the town only few steps away from the beach (50m). You will also enjoy the sea view and the sunset view from upstairs. Bikes and kayaks are included to explore the surroundings and enjoy the exceptional cliffs and arches in an original way. The space One of key strength of the house is its location which let you do everything by foot: beach, tennis, golf, sailing club , casino, site visits, hikes and much more... The house consists of a spacious living room bright and friendly with an open kitchen on the living / dining room. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, espresso machine and many kitchen utensils (blender, mixer, pressure cooker, iron and ironing board ... ) The living room is furnished with a table for 6 people and a lounge side with a sofa bed (size 140cm x 190cm). Flat screen TV with international channels, DVD player and Free highspeed broadband WIFI connection. « La Périsse » welcomes babies and children by providing, childcare equipment (cot, highchair) games and books for children and adults. The first floor consists of separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine, a dryer and a hairdryer. The first bedroom is furnished with a bed (size 140cm x 190cm) and the second , smaller and sea view, a pull out bed (size 190cm x 90cm) can be converted into double flat bed. Guests have access to an outdoor area equipped with a bistro table for a coffee break. Bikes, 2 kayaks and fishing equipment are also available on request. Guest access You will have access to an outside space equipped with a table bar for a coffee break. A kayak and of the fishing tackle are also given on request. For ballads in bike, we lend also 5 grown-up bikes, of which one equipped with a seat baby, and a bike child. Other things to note Sheets, towels, bath linens and the cleaning at the end of your stay are included. For shopping, you have many quality shops around and a supermarket nearby (200m).
