Situated in the heart of a beautiful Devon village Sea-Renity offers guests a rural escape, perfect for those wanting a relaxing countryside getaway. Having recently undergone a tasteful renovation, the cottage has a balance of modern comforts with character features, providing a homely and relaxing stay. Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty with many beautiful beaches close by, the cottage is excellent for those who love the outdoors and wish to explore this wonderful area. The space As you step into this charming country cottage, you will be greeted with a cosy lounge - a space for you to sit back and relax among modern, comfortable furnishings. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard and maintains lots of original character. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and wifi. The cottage sleeps up to four guests. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed, whilst the second bedroom sleeps two, in two single beds. Also upstairs is a family bathroom with a w/c, sink, bath and separate walk-in shower. The fully equipped, fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee making facilities as well as dining space. There is a small utility area with a washing machine. Outside is a pretty garden with a patio, lawn area, and plenty of Al fresco dining space. A storage shed for those wishing to bring bikes, surfboards etc and a covered BBQ area. Please note - there is no BBQ provided, but guests are welcome to purchase and use their own disposable BBQ. There is a fitted stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. We welcome one well behaved dog (up to medium size) at an additional cost of £20. There is a fitted stairgate to ensure that dogs do not go upstairs. Please be aware that although the garden is secure, there are resident neighbouring dogs on either side of the property. Parking is free and spaces are within the village hall carpark, which is just a few doors along from the cottage and is a very short, flat walk. Other things to note The property is situated on the lane that leads through our village. Whilst the road is generally quiet, we ask that guests take care when stepping in and out of the property as access leads onto the road and whilst the lane is generally quiet, with a 20mph speed limit, care must be taken particularly by those with small children and pets. There is a small porch, but no fenced front garden area.
