Other features include a third bedroom with the ability to sleep up to 4 guests, making this the perfect kids retreat. There are two outdoor decking spaces, the first being on the ocean front, extending from the living and dining area, with the beach only meters away. The second is on the rooftop, offering a loft style entertaining area, BBQ with both Rural and ocean views. Please note: Ocean View is best suited for 2-3 couples for families. The bunk / third bedroom is not suitable for up to 4 Adults due to it's size.
