Eco glamping in the picturesque Capertee Valley! The Retreat is lovingly constructed from corrugated iron, with plywood interior walls. It has a high deck overlooking a beautiful bush gully. The Retreat is situated in a serene, peaceful, healing and tranquil setting, ensuring a real break from everyday life. Well behaved dogs are welcome. The space The Retreat is located behind 'HQ' and is self-contained, with a queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, BBQ on the deck, stereo, DVD player, CD's and DVD's. You have all the comforts of home; water and mains power electricity, without the internet or wifi to interrupt. If needed, internet, wifi and a Telstra phone line are available at HQ. There is no TV reception however there is a TV screen with DVD capability. A selection of DVD’s is provided. On site there is a caravan with an annexe fitted out as a bar, with a view over a dam. There is also a covered jetty which we call 'The Yacht Club', where you can make yourselves at home. Guest access Guests have full access to the Retreat and surrounds. Other things to note We have chooks and ducks that live with us, plus goannas, kangaroos and various birds that come to visit. Registration Details Exempt
