Traditional restaured house with fantastic view

In the peaceful upper part of Symi, a historic house, restored carefully, picturesque and full of charm, waits for you. Walking lovers will like borrowing the pedestrian alleys, to join the house and its unique terrace with an idyllic panorama (possible access in car/bus, then 10 min on foot. In 15 min coffees of Chorio) The accommodation: consists of 2 independent and privative houses, connected by a staircase. I shall be in the other one to help you if necessary. The space The accommodation is located in the upper village which has the advantage of being very quiet. Walking in architecturally preserved alleyways, living in a car-free village is a wonderful experience. You can get closer to the house by car or bus, by the road that bypasses the outskirts of the village. You will remain in about ten minutes of walk. In addition to the charm of objects and walls restored with care and love for years by my greek family, the highlight of the accommodation is the 2 fantastic terraces where you will enjoy lounging. Families are welcome, but must be aware of the risks of a house with several stairs and terraces. The house consists of an entrance with a small patio and a garden, a bathroom, a big lounge with its mezzanine (1 Queen Bed for 2 persons) and a sofa-bed (for 1 person). Ideal for 3 people. On that floor you have a first terrace and from that terrace you can access with stairs to the top of the house where you have the kitchen and the magnificent terrace with the view on the village and the sea. Guest access You have the possibility to rent all the accommodation: the 2 houses for a maximum of 6-7 persons. Or you can rent only half part of the accommodation: the house of the top with the terrace (for 2 persons or a family with 1child). If you rent the house of the top, I will probably be in the one down. Don't be afraid everyone has its privacy. If I am here, I will be glad to help you and to give all my tips for the island. Other things to note The greek summer is always nice and warm (can be hot), we highly recommend you to travel with a small suitcase or a bagpack and to not take many clothes. It will be much easier and comfortable for to walk to the house with not too much weights. It is better to be in a good shape.
