A large detached family home located in a cul-de-sac in Broadstone, offering a private double bedroom on the ground floor. The shower room is next to the bedroom and is shared only with one other guest bedroom. Guests also have exclusive use of the lower garden with table and chairs, and parking is available on the driveway or on the road in front of the property. The space The tea and coffee station is set up in the hallway between the two bedrooms, offering teas, coffee, hot chocolate, toaster, kettle, microwave, mini fridge, ice, (I provide some milk for teas and coffees). Plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery are also provided. The hallway, shower room and lower garden are solely for the occupants of both guest bedrooms. The upstairs and kitchen area of the house are private areas. A washing machine and iron are available on request. Guest access In addition to their bedroom, guests have exclusive access to the lower garden, with a small table and chairs. During your stay It is a self check-in process, though if I am at home when you arrive I will happily welcome you and can give local tips and advice on places to visit. My husband and I live in the other section of the house. We will respect guests' privacy but will be available to contact during your stay (we do work from home during weekdays). Other things to note Although not essential, a car is recommended if you want to tour the area, as the bus service to the nearby towns of Poole and Wimborne is about 5 minutes walk away.
