In a prestigious villa, immersed in a holm oak forest overlooking the city of Salerno, with sea views and breathtaking views of the gulf. Terrace with garden. Kitchen equipped with all appliances. Located on a hill but a 5-minute drive from the city center, a 3-minute drive from the highway entrance, 20 minutes from Paestum and Pompeii and at the gates of the Amalfi Coast. The space The villa is accessible by a 3km private road (3 min by car) not served by public transport. The city does not have a good taxi service and the cost to reach the house from the station is about €15/20. In the woods below the villa, there is a small farm of sweet Japanese Akitas that guests of the apartment can visit freely. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast and meals, an electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Guest access Guests can use only one uncovered parking space. They will have access to all areas of the apartment: full kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms equipped with linen. Access to the patio with garden, in front of the entrance of the apartment, free to use. Access to the swimming pool and main garden with adjacent patio accessible at set times and from June to September. Only small pets are allowed and only in areas for the exclusive use of the guest. Other things to note The outdoor areas are equipped with surveillance cameras for security reasons Possibility of adding a crib for a baby. All rooms are carefully finished and equipped with quality materials, furnishings and accessories to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. There are dogs in the surrounding enclosed areas, which may bark when guests arrive but which will get used to their presence after a while without making themselves heard in any particular way. Of course, the barking of a dog at strangers is a form of security for guests as well, as the house is on an isolated hill.
