Tackenburg Loft "Sunset" in the south of Essen

Quiet, well-kept, tastefully & modern furnished attic apartment (west side) in the landscape reserve in the south of Essen. For seminar participants at the power station school within walking distance or the flight school above Kupferdreh, the Tackenburg Loft is also ideal for longer stays (please inquire regarding long-term discounts). The space The living space includes a cozy couch with two side tables, a big Samsung flat screen TV, sideboard/dresser. The high-quality and fully equipped kitchen is part of the living room, as well as a large dining table, which can also be used as a work table. The space is bright and friendly and has three windows. The bedroom is separated from the living room by a door and has direct access to the bathroom (ensuite). In the room there is a 140 x 200 cm bed with a continuous mattress. Windows. In the bathroom is a big shower, a sink and a hanging toilet. A washing machine is also available. Windows. Our house was renovated in 2005 and insulated to the latest standards – the apartment itself was completely poured and newly designed in 2010. Water and electrical wires have also been renewed. In the attic next door, there is the apartment Tackenburg Loft »Sunrise« (completion: Feb 2019). Guest access You can reach the Tackenburg Loft Sunset through the hallway to the 1st floor. On the same floor is our second apartment, the Tackenburg Loft Sunrise. Other things to note We are living in the landscape reserve and so the nature conservation is also a high priority for us. Avoid garbage and unnecessary noise and keep our environment clean in beautiful nature. We are 100% eco electricity for the entire house. We attach great importance to a friendly interaction with each other and a good house community – we also wish that from our guests.
