Comfortable attic near the ski slopes of San Vito, Cortina is a 15-minute drive away. Apartment consisting of an entrance hall, kitchenette, closet, living room, bathroom with tub/shower, double bedroom and small bedroom with two beds, large terrace. Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Wi-Fi. Large common garden, outdoor parking space. Heated garage (it's tight for today's cars...) great for storing skis and boots. The attic is on the second floor, there are 4 flights of stairs that are not long. The space Attic with beautiful view to the east towards Mount Antelao and Croda Marcora, attached to the ski slopes and convenient to the village but at the same time not too close to the center and traffic. Cortina is a 10-minute drive. From the house in a few minutes you will be in the woods and without even moving the car you have a wide choice of walks, Refuges, walks in the high mountains and climbing. The village is a 5-minute walk away, you will find restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets and clothing stores for the mountains. N.B. the fireplace in the living room is not working, unfortunately, being an attic, the draft is insufficient.
