"Hustlers Den (Stone Cottage)" located in Landour is a mix of stone, wood & glass combination that gives you the best panoramic view of the mountains/forest/DDun. The Stone Cottage is located right next to the Main Cottage but it’s totally independent and private. Sister's bazaar is 35min walk...or 10min drive Char Dukan is 40 min walk..or 8mins drive.. Clock Tower is 30 min walk..or 15mins Drive Mall Road is 40 min walk or Jabarkhet Nature Reserve 10 min walk or 3 min drive (1.2km) The space Situated in one of the largest land parcels in Landour ...our cottage is just below the road level (around 65 easy and well appointed steps with rest areas).. parking is on the road level....our cottage is a cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath, living, dining and a fully functional kitchen.... Guest access Breakfast will be discontinued till Covid issue settles down Food: (₹800 per stay) It’s similar to your own house. Due to Covid we don’t store any food articles..we allow the guests the freedom to eat whatever they like at cost.. our staff will fetch all supplies from the nearby market ( and everything is available in very small quantities ) and prepare meals for you. Guests have the freedom to bring your own supplies as well. Staff & Caretakers 2 Caretakers cum Cooks - will cook meals ( no extra charge )..both have scooters...will run errands & get supplies for you (₹50-₹100 petrol money) 1 housekeeper Indoor wood fireplace is at an additional cost of ₹500 for 3 hrs.. (enough to heat up the place).. as we have to buy wood from the plains... Caretaker will set it up..( please use it with care as the fireplace glass is very sensitive and expensive ₹5000 ) Please let us know a day in advance if you want to avail our meal plan.. Even car & driver can be arranged for pickup from Dehradun Airport / Railway Station / ISBT for a fee...quick city drops and trips can be arranged by local cabs
