Garden Annexe with private access & parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in leafy Morningside. A recently converted annexe, we have created a private hideaway at the bottom of our garden. You have your own entrance via a gated driveway onto secluded paved area and detached studio where you have everything you need to provide the perfect tranquil haven from which to explore Edinburgh. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers. The space This cosy studio contains a super comfortable bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedlinen, arm chair seating around the stove, breakfast bar seating, shower room, coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge. There are lots of USB sockets and there is plenty of storage for you to hang your clothes and store your bags under the ottoman bed. There is no TV at present but there is a DAB radio with bluetooth speaker. Guest access There is a free parking space for you on the street just outside your gate. There is other free parking available elsewhere on the street though sometimes busy on weekdays. The centre of town is a short 15 minute bus journey away, or a 40 minute pleasant leisurely stroll through the neighbourhood and across the meadows. There is one bus stop right outside the annexe or several more choices from Morningside Road 5 minutes walk away. By car it’s easy and quick to get out of the city to visit the Pentland hills or many places of interest further afield. Other things to note Due to my work commitments I cannot provide daily breakfast but I do include coffee, milk, tea, jams & cereal to get you started. Also there are some lovely cafes & artisan bakeries nearby! Please read important note: It is possible to make coffee, prepare snacks or heat up food in this space but there is only one tiny sink in the shower room to wash mugs etc. If you require a kitchen or want to prepare meals, this accommodation will not be suitable for you. Also worth noting is that our property backs onto the beautiful Morningside cemetery which is a lovely peaceful space, and very quiet.
