Mountain apartment 6-8 people

Ideal accommodation for a "mountain" and "nature" stay in summer or winter, in the middle of the Mercantour National Park, many hikes, skis, cross-country ski slopes and snowshoes without taking the car! Not to mention a detour to Italy, which is only 5 km away... The space The apartment is located on the first floor of our family home, in the small village of Larche, under the roofs which gives it a "mountain" charm. The cottage is suitable for 6 to 8 people. It has 1 spacious bedroom that sleeps 4, 1 duplex bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 "mountain corner" mezzanine with a sofa bed that overlooks the living room. The cottage also includes a bathroom with shower, separate toilet and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, microwave, electric oven and gas stove, filter coffee machine and piston, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue machine...). You can park in front of the house. Another gîte is for rent on the same landing. Linens and bedding are provided upon arrival but we do not provide towels. The heating is electric. You have an electricity package of 8 kWh/day, overruns will be paid in addition to the actual EDF rate (count €10/day on average for heating in winter). A garage will allow you to store your equipment (skis, bicycles...). The location of the gîte gives direct access to the mountain but does not have outdoor spaces. We no longer accept pets in the apartment. See you soon! Other things to note The cleaning fees applied on the site correspond only to the additional disinfection between each stay in relation to Covid, and the washing of sheets, mattress covers, bedspreads, shower curtains, bath mats...). The cleaning of the apartment is not included in the rental rate, the apartment must therefore be returned clean (cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen, utensils, storage of dishes, vacuum cleaner, mop, emptied garbage cans...) everything necessary for cleaning is available (products, vacuum cleaner, brooms...). Thank you! If you don't want to do the cleaning, I offer a package of 50 euros, to be paid in addition on site on request. The house has several apartments (my apartment below, and another Airbnb rental next door), please keep a respectful noise level especially in the evening!
