Attic room with private bathroom/air conditioning

This attic room is located in the third floor of our private house. The floor is made of wood and the room is fully airconditioned. Black out curtains are available. It has free WiFi, a private bathroom with hot water, a dressing table, a work table and a lounge with a sofa.The room can be locked and you will have your ultimate privacy during the stay. 20 Minutes drive to Colombo city/Airport. Public transports are just 5 minutes walk away. Lots of supermarkets/restaurants in walking distance. The space Airport pick-up/drop off can be arranged for just $15. Home made Sri Lankan breakfast for just $5 per person. Home made Sri Lankan dinner/lunch for just $10 per person. Complimentary tea/coffee/soft drinks. During your stay There will be someone 'always' available to help you with the stay. We are a small family (Mom-Dad-Son) living in the house so we'll be happy to help you with any additional help you might need (travel tips/ local attractions or anything of our capability)
