As you leave from exit 26-A from Namba station (subway line), it only takes about 5 minutes on foot to reach here and you also get a logvely view of the riverside! You can reach Namba, Dotonbori, Nipponbashi, Shinsaibashi, OCAT bus stop all within 5 to 10 minutes, making this a wonderful location to stay at in Osaka. [About towels and amenities] The facility provides one bath towel, face towel, and amenities per person, regardless of the number of days of stay. Towels are supplied by a specialized linen company, so I cannot comply with your requests of adding or change them. Can I smoke in the accommodation? A. The accommodation is non-smoking even electronic cigarettes. Please go outside of the accommodation to smoke. Q. Is the WiFi unlimited? A. We provide a pocket WiFi. It would not be a problem if you use normally but if you watch videos a lot, it might be limited. I would recommend to bring own WiFi for business use or remote classes. Q. Will I get a refund if I change the number of guests from my reservation prior to checking in? A. If you have more than 5 days before check-in, you will get a refund, but if you have less than 5 days before check-in, according the cancellation policy there will be no refund.
