Situated between Vienna's larger shopping street and the Naschmarkt, numerous restaurants, shops and public transport in the immediate vicinity. Large double bed and cozy living room with large couch and large dining table. Ideal for couples. The space We (Anna, 34, and Lukas, 35) rent out our apartment when we are traveling. The apartment is 70 sqm and a typical old Viennese building with high ceilings and herringbone parquet flooring. It is located on the 3rd floor – an elevator is available. The apartment consists of a 25 sqm bedroom with a double bed and a workspace, as well as a living room of the same size, featuring a dining table for four, a large couch that can also be used for sleeping, and a TV (Netflix). The rooms are very bright and filled with natural sunlight, but blinds are available for darkening. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and all necessary appliances (stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher). Next to the kitchen, a west-facing 8 sqm balcony offers sun all afternoon. It is furnished with seating for four, a grill, and a sunshade. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. A washing machine is also available. Please do not smoke inside the apartment! Since this is our home, our personal belongings remain in the apartment. Of course, our guests are welcome to use all appliances and amenities, but we kindly ask for respectful handling of our possessions (clothes, books, food).
