HEATING: The price includes heating in winter with a guaranteed constant temperature of 20 to 21 degrees, which is a very pleasant room temperature. (18 degrees when there is no one present and the thermostat does not detect a human presence). By default, it is set as follows: 20/21 degrees from 6 am to 10 am and from 4 pm to 10:30 pm 18/19 degrees from 10 am to 4 pm and from 10:30 pm to 6 am. The accommodation has good inertia, so the temperature drops very slowly. Due to government recommendations and the increase in energy prices, and in order not to penalise all guests with a general increase in the price of the stay, if you wish to use the heating above 21 degrees, simply request it by message before your stay. There will be a supplement of €10 per day of use. This way, I can offer you a reasonable price that includes reasonable energy consumption.
