The apartment is 50 sqm and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). It has a large living room with separate sleeping area with 180 x 200 bed and window to the courtyard as well as a nice kitchen area with seating area and a bathroom with 90 x 90 shower. There is another extra bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed and in the courtyard there is a shed for the bikes. The space Fewo Artist is located in a listed building in the historic old town of Lütjenburg. The apartment has a total size of 50 sqm. There is a hallway with a wardrobe, mirror and board, living room with sofa and reading corner, satellite TV, stereo with Bluetooth, complete kitchenette with fridge with freezer, 2-plate stove, micro grill hot air oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, glasses and everything you need! A table with bench and chairs. Behind the beams is the sleeping area with a 180 x 200 m bed, bedside table, dresser, armchair and lamps. The new bathroom has a 90 x 90 cm shower, vanity, toilet, hairdryer and stool. There is another bedroom (90 x 200 bed, shelf and chair) that can be booked by arrangement (extra costs 4 to 7 per night)! The prices always include Wi-Fi, electricity, water, heating, bed linen and towels. Guest access The apartment is all yours and of course there is a private entrance and the key is in a key safe at the entrance door. You can park your bicycles for free in the extra bicycle shed in the courtyard. You can park your car in the free parking lot at the police station in the city of Lütjenburg, only about 65 m away! You are welcome to drive to the courtyard for unloading and loading. Other things to note There is a sunny communal terrace, with sun chairs, table, beach chair and lots of sun. Pets are not allowed for allergic reasons and you are welcome to smoke in the fresh air!
