Fully renovated semi-detached chalet in a natural setting, close to the center and offering a view of the lake. Departure cleaning, bed linens, towels available on request for an extra fee. The stove is available as an extra (stay -3 nights only) It cannot be used if you do not take the option. The chalet has electric heating. The space Composed on the ground floor of a comfortable living room overlooking a balcony and a garden that can accommodate up to 6 people. Upstairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The chalet is fully equipped with a separate entrance and parking space in front. Guest access The whole chalet is for you. Other things to note The chalet consists of two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds. The bedrooms and bathroom are small. A sofa bed for two people in the living room. ⚠️‼️⚠️ To take possession of the chalet: A security deposit of 800 euros by check or cash will be required on arrival for any damage caused to the accommodation. A security deposit of 50 euros or 60 euros if pets in cash will be requested upon arrival for cleaning. These two deposits will be returned on the day of departure. The check-in time must be set at least the day before arrival, otherwise you will have to wait upon arrival. In case of lockdown related to the current health situation (Covid 19), a postponement of the stay may be proposed.
