If you don't have a car, don't despair, our public transport system can get you almost anywhere. The bus stop is about 100 meters from the house or train about 800 meters. We can also assist with a grocery run if organised at a mutually convenient time. This can either be organised prior or after your arrival. There is a local 24/7 fitness centre close by at the Arndale Shopping Centre (pay per visit) Bus 230 stops at Arndale Interchange. SWIMMING CENTRES - There are a few public pools handy to the house. The most popular centre though is probably the Adelaide Aquatic Centre at North Adelaide - only a 10-15 min drive straight up Torrens Rd. This centre has a children's playground, gym, spa, sauna, and a variety of pools, indoor and outdoor. (This is currently under major re-works, so the nearest pool to go to is at the Parks Community Centre at Angle Park) Golf - If you fancy a round of golf, there are a few golf courses close by- eg: Adelaide Shores, North Adelaide and Regency Park. Tennis - Memorial Drive, North Adelaide. Next Generation Health and Fitness Club on Memorial Drive North Adelaide is only a 15 min drive. This centre has a gym, tennis, squash, pool, classes, regeneration spa, wet spa, and relaxation facilities.
