Sunny, family friendly home with garden & parking
Description
Our home is 20min walking distance to all Falmouth's lovely beaches and to the vibrant town centre. Our house is warm and inviting and full of interesting curiosities from our travels. The house was built in the 1950's for the headmaster of the local grammar school across the adjacent field. Being at the end of a short terrace the house is quiet and the garden is really quite lovely and a perfect place to relax . At the rear there's plenty of off road parking for two cars and even a small boat! The space Bedroom 1 is a bright room with a king size bed and built in wardrobe. Bedroom2 is slightly smaller and has an antique brass double bed and a chest of drawers. Bedding and towels are provided and there is also a hairdryer. The kitchen is equiped with all the essentials for preparing breakfast and meals, including a fridge, kettle, toaster & microwave, cooker and double oven, plates & silverware and glasses. Plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk will be available for the start of your stay together with a dishwasher for doing the dirty dishes in a snap! The bathroom comprises an electric shower and glass screen, toilet, basin and one exterior window. A supply of loo rolls will be provided. BT infinity (super-fast) wifi is freely available for guests to use. Guest access Inside the house guests have access to two bedrooms, shower room, kitchen, sitting room, dining room and a large sunny conservatory. Outside is the small front garden, large rear garden with children's play house, 10ft trampoline (children only!) and off street parking. Please keep out of the garden sheds and vintage Caravan Other things to note If you you are travelling from up country then Truro is about 20 minutes away from the house. It's a good point at which to call us to let us know you're on your way. Rod (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Linnie (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)
