A nice and spacious appartment, with a luxurious private bathroom, sauna, toilet, double bed, small kitchen and a spacious livingroom with access to the garden. It is all situated in the semi-basement of our house which is build in 1938 and just 2km of the city center. Cause the appartment is situated in the semi-basement, it stays really cool in summer and it has floorheating for the winter. There is a private entrance and a small functional kitchen to complete the appartment. As you can see on picture one, there is an semi-open staircase from the livingroom to our premisses for light access. The acces upstairs itself is blocked with plexiglass. To live above each other, it is inevitabel that one can hear each other to be around. There is a private entrance and a small functional kitchen to complete the appartment. For extra guests there is a bunkbed for 2 persons (kids). We charge €15,- pp/night for third and fourth guest. To reach the bathroom/toilet one has to cross the main sleepingroom. Guest access For the guests we have a fridge, microwave, waterboiler and free coffee and tea. Breakfast is not includded. Free parking in front of the house. Other things to note Me and my family with two young kids life in the house above the appartment. So it is inevitable that you we notice each other to be around.
