Life is a gift given to us to spend good time with our loved ones… One of the places where you can make the best use of this gift is Arzu Apart, and we aim to provide better quality services every day for the comfort and convenience of our valued customers, which is our priority. Our apartment, which is open 12 months a year, was put into service in June 2019 to offer you comfort and convenience with the slogan "Your Home in Datça". The space We have a total of 10 1+1 apartments. Our apartment is in 2 blocks and has 2 floors (Garden floor, upper floor). We serve with 4 1+1 apartments in Block A and 6 1+1 apartments in Block B. Our apartments are approximately 40 m2. Block B Apartment 6 (B-6) – It is on the garden floor; there are 2 single beds in the room (can be combined if desired), 1 sofa in the living room. When the sofa is opened, 1 adult or 2 small children can easily sleep. Each apartment has a refrigerator, washing machine, stove, aspirator, LED TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, free wireless internet connection. Hot water is available 24 hours a day thanks to the electric water heater. Rooms have a wardrobe and a dresser. There is an open kitchen with all kitchen utensils and a table and chairs for 4 people. Things to NOTE(!) for the comfort and convenience of our guests: • Check-outs from the apartment are until 11:00 and check-ins are after 15:00. “Late check-out fee” applies for late check-outs. • In accordance with Law No. 4207, tobacco and tobacco products should not be used indoors; please consume them on the balcony or in the garden. • Thank you for not making noise in a way that disturbs the surroundings. • The apartment is delivered clean. Cleaning during the stay is the responsibility of the guest. Our guests are kindly requested to provide spare materials such as toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap. • Sheets, duvet covers, blankets, pillows are kept in the rooms according to the number of guests staying. • 2 face towels, 2 bath towels and 1 foot towel are provided for each room. • We do not have a change and washing service for sheets, linens, blankets, towels, etc. There is a washing machine in our rooms. • Barbecuing is prohibited within the boundaries of the apartment. • Thank you for not pouring tea grounds and frying oil into the sinks, not throwing foreign objects such as paper into the toilets, and closing the doors slowly. • The administration is not responsible for your lost items. • Unfortunately, we do not have a guesthouse for our pets. • The management may terminate the stay of guests who do not comply with the operating rules, cause guest complaints or behave inappropriately.
