Central pet friendly home

Te Kakau is a three bedroom house located in Takaka five minutes walk to the Village. All the amenities are close but you feel quiet and rural. We are very happy to negotiate long term stays. We have put a lot of thought into what guests need to enjoy their stay and feel that the house is well equipped and comfortable. Dogs are welcome for a small extra fee. The space Everything you could need for your stay is supplied. We try to think of everything that will make your stay more comfortable. There are three bedrooms, one queen, one queen plus single and one with two single beds. There is free wifi and TV. Fully operational kitchen and laundry with oven, microwave etc. We love dogs so all are welcome. The back yard is quiet and running beside a stream which is full of wildlife and birdsong in the morning. The back yard runs onto an unfenced stream so may not be suitable for toddlers. All children must be supervised by the creek. Adjacent to the property is caravan on site that is rented during the summer months. Guest access Parking outside the house for three to four cars no garage. Ranch slider into the house. Other things to note The water is fine for drinking from the taps, the proprty has its own bore which is part of the pupu springs aquifer so is some of the purest in the world. The house is close to the main road so you may experience some traffic noise in the mornings but fully fenced on that side so it is not too intrusive.
