Furnished seasonal rental in a charming apartment of 66 m2 with balcony on the 1st floor served by an elevator. This apartment is completed with parking space under the building. Before booking, we invite you to consult our house rules, available in the "Things TO know" section The space This property, located in an old building, was completely renovated, decorated and equipped in January 2019. It consists of: - a living room with a sofa bed, a coffee table, 1 armchair, a dining table for 6 people, a TV, internet/wifi, storage - a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction plates, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook - a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, a large closet and a desk - a bedroom with a bed of 160 x 200 cm and a large closet - a bathroom with sink, small storage cabinet and closet Apartment equipped with washer dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Linens are provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made upon arrival. Guest access Access to the entire home Other things to note Check-in: It is in the apartment between 2pm and 8pm. When you book we will ask you to let us know your arrival time so that one of our agents can wait for you at the chosen apartment. If there is a delay, we'll ask you to let us know in order to reorganize. You will be charged an additional €30 if check-in is after 8pm, and an additional charge of €50 for check-in after 10pm. If the apartment is not occupied the night before we offer you the possibility of check-in before 2pm. Please contact our services if you are concerned, we will be happy to accommodate you. Delay: An agent waiting for you to welcome you, in case of delay in arrival, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. Any delay exceeding one hour will be charged €30. Check-out: Check-out /key exchange check-out must be between 8am and 11am. Our representative, following an agreed time, will meet you at the apartment for an inventory and the return of the keys. If you have to leave before 8am an additional €30 will be charged. In the event that the apartment is not occupied the next night we offer you the possibility of staying on the premises until 3 p.m. In order to get organized, please do not hesitate to contact our services which will tell you whether or not to stay. Any delay or absence from the checkout keys will be charged €30. Cleaning: The apartments must be returned in the state of cleanliness in which they were entrusted to the tenants, with the exception of household linen (sheets and towels do not need to be cleaned by the tenant). If the tenant does not want to do the exit cleaning, he has the option to buy this service, at the same time as his reservation, for €40 (see Cloths and Mop service). This amount is increased to €80 for large apartments. If the apartment is to be returned in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness, the sum of €80 may be withheld from the tenant's deposit. Day Use: If you leave the apartment after 3pm, we suggest you keep it by paying only 20% of the nightly price until a limit of 7pm as long as it is not rented the same evening. If you're in that case, contact us, we'll try to complete your request. Sunday and holidays: We would like to inform you that if you plan to arrive or leave the apartment on a Sunday or a holiday on the French calendar you will be asked for a supplement of €30. Non-smoking apartment: Respecting everyone's health, all our apartments are non-smoking. We will therefore ask you to respect this choice for a better environment. Apartment capacity: The number of people occupying the apartment must absolutely not exceed the number of beds indicated on the technical sheet of the rented property.
