We are an ADULTS ONLY (children 13 yr + allowed accompanied by adult) hosting on 8.5 acre block in natural bush with house set back 200m from road, abundance of wildlife & panoramic coastal views of the Gold Coast skyline. A unique location just minutes from the M1 Pet friendly (2 SMALL BREED dogs max & additional $30 cleaning fee, no cats), air con, large pool, hot tub, NBN, Foxtel, Netflix, fully self contained guesthouse, kitchenette & seperate bathroom Complete privacy & tranquility awaits The space The guest suite is fully self contained with everything guests need in the way of crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, linen, pillows, blankets, an electric double hot plate, a large fridge as well as Aldi coffee maker grinder and coffee beans small air fryer instant coffee tea green tea sugar salt pepper oil etc. We welcome up to 2 LITTLE DOGS (LAP DOGS ONLY & extra cleaning fee of $30) & we have a lockable courtyard Please advise what breed of dog when booking Wifi is NBN unlimited broadband We have Foxtel including movies, music sports channels and Netflix We are on tank water. We clean our space from top to bottom with plant based Melaleuca products providing a germ and chemical free environment for every new guest. Guest access Our guesthouse is west facing, completely private, has front double glass sliding doors and security screens on both the front and back entrances, a private courtyard with a BBQ, your own private front patio and guests may also use the pool hot tub and laundry anytime. Other things to note We only accept small breed dogs. Please advise us of what breed of dog when booking. We have chickens in a run on our property and we request guests ensure their dogs are not roaming around unattended. We also do not allow dogs in the pool and as we are in the bush it is also important to be aware of ticks and snakes as they are always around and can be fatal. We do not allow smoking indoors but you can smoke anywhere outside. Please do not use drones on our property.
