The kitchen is fully equipped and has new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The living room has a new large comfortable sofa sleeper (queen), and a 37 inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a King size bed with a new ultra plush pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV , and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a King size bed with a new pillow top mattress, a flat screen TV, and tastefully decorated. The third room is perfect for kids, it is furnished with a Queen a 24 inch flat screen TV. The balcony is accessible from the master bedroom and the living room. It has two chaise lounge chairs and a high top table and chairs so you can dine out on the balcony if you choose
